After careful consideration regarding the contractor we would use to install our new Mitsubishi Mini Split Ductless AC System, my wife and I decided to go with Climatech.   Called late afternoon and they arrived in 1 hour to diagnose the issue with our tankless water heater. We had our new water heater installed first thing the next day. Excellent technicians, service and communication. Highly recommend!

  My air conditioner didn't hold a charge and my furnace was old. I called Climatech and Mike H. called back and we made an appointment to look at my system. He was on time, very knowledgeable and was able to understand that I wanted a simple, reliable, easy to repair system. He was easy to talk to, provided estimates for 2 systems the same day, and available later whenever I had a question. After several emails and phone calls we settled on an American Standard AUH18080 95% efficient, 80,000 btu single stage gas furnace, an American Standard Silver 13 SEER 3 ton outdoor condensing unit, a matching high efficiency evaporator coil and a Honeywell thermostat. The cost, 1/2 paid up front and 1/2 paid after installation. Jennifer who coordinates all the residential installations made sure the 2 day installation worked into our schedule. A crew of 2, Ron and Jesse, arrived at the appointed installation time (they worked 8am to 2pm), They took away the existing units, and installed the new units. They made changes necessary to fit the new units into the existing duct work, and added a new drain to drain the condensation from the new units properly. They drilled holes through the brick walls for pipes required by the new efficient units. I've had several installers break through my concrete or brick wall to install things and they did the best job I have seen of patching the hole. To install the air conditioner they needed to go into our neighbors' yard and they were respectful of both that yard and ours.They did a very professional job cleaning up at the end of both days. After the installation they went over the system with me including the new electrical connections for the AC, operation of the new thermostat , furnace operation, etc. I would recommend this company and this team to others.

  I had radiator heat in an old house and they came and installed complete AC, Forced air systems with duct work and everything. It took 7 full days and even changed plans as I needed them to. Great guys Ronnie and Tim. Mike was the sales tech and all of them were great. Thanks guys😁❤

  Ron M and Jesse D installed a humidifier onto my furnace. We have a weird setup in our basement and the guys troubleshooted completely as I knew almost nothing. They installed it very professionally and even found a better water connection than what I had pointed out. They also took the time to explain to me what filter size I needed for my furnace and even wrote down the size, going beyond the call of duty. They were helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and patient. I wish that everyone who worked on my house was like them! Excellent service and truly enjoyed having them here. Thanks to both of you!

  Ryan S. and Ryan did a great job of installing a new Bosch Combi 151 boiler/hot water heater in my house. They came to my house on time, worked efficiently, and did the job in less time suggested. They also answered my questions/suggestions about the installation with thoughtful responses. The new Bosch Combi boiler hangs on the wall eliminating a free standing boiler and the hot water tank so I have gained a substantial amount of basement space. Since the installation, I have had few plumbers come to my house to work on a separate issue, (a leaky main water line). Each plumber has made a point of admiring the layout and the pipe work that they did.
